Bartender. Drywall installer. Office manager. Account manager. Technical operations lead. Late-night tinkerer who builds, breaks, and rebuilds.

My strongest value is being the bridge between business users and technical teams. Understand the need. Explain the answer. Troubleshoot the issue. Coordinate the fix.

Since 2016 I've been at Avant Car running B2B accounts and technical operations for corporate fleet and A2Go car-sharing. In parallel, I build real production systems using AI and maintain a serious home lab.

  • • Own end-to-end relationships with 20+ corporate accounts — owners, directors, fleet managers — with high retention across 10 years
  • • Onboard new B2B customers: account setup, user provisioning, training, documentation, follow-ups

SaaS Platform Support

  • • First-line and escalation support for A2Go car-sharing platform (250+ vehicles)
  • • Translate ambiguous customer issues into reproducible technical specs for engineering
